It seems wrong to call this a recipe since there is only one ingredient. But it never occurred to me before to do this, so I thought I’d share!
Take about 2 cups of watermelon, chop it up in the Quick Chef, pour it into the Ice Tups and freeze! Simple popsicles without artificial colors or sweeteners. My kids loved them and I’m sure other fruits would be great as well.

Have you ever wanted a piece of cake, but not the leftovers? Try this recipe in the Rock ‘N Serve soup mug which is on sale this week!
MINI MUG CAKE
1 cup dry cake mix (any flavor)
1 egg
1/4 cup water
Spray Rock ‘n Serve soup mug with cooking spray.
Mix ingredients together and pour into mug.
Cook uncovered in the microwave at 70% power for 3-4 minutes.
Let cool.
I have made this recipe and dusted it with some powdered sugar instead of frosting or icing, but you could also glaze it:
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk or water
Mix well and drizzle over cake

Fabulous with fresh fruit, especially berries!
Cinnamon & Vanilla Whipped Topping
1/2 tsp Tupperware Cinnamon & Vanilla Seasoning Blend
1 8oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Place whipped topping in a medium size bowl (the 8 cup Stuffables works great for this!). Sprinkle Cinnamon & Vanilla over whipped topping. Blend until smooth with Spatula. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

I’ve made this cake a few times now and it always turns out fabulously. You can vary the recipe however you like with different flavors of cake mix and pie filling.
Strawberry Chocolate Cake
1 box (18-1/4 oz) chocolate cake mix
3 egg whites
1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
1/4 cup water
1 tub chocolate frosting
Lightly spray Heat ‘N Serve 8-1/4 cup Oval Container with cooking spray and set aside. Blend cake mix, egg whites, pie filling, and water until well combined. Pour batter into Heat ‘N Serve, spreading evenly. Place uncovered in microwave oven and bake for 11-13 minutes at high power. After 10 minutes, check every minute and remove from microwave when a small area appears uncooked at center of cake. Place on rack and cool 10 minutes before turning out onto a serving plate. Allow to cool slightly and glaze with frosting. Serve warm.

Such a quick and easy salsa!
Simply Salsa
1 medium onion (I use a red onion)
2 cloves garlic
juice of 1/2 lime
1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
Optional:
2-3 Tbsp fresh cilantro
Peel and slice onion into 4 pieces; place in Quick Chef with blade, cover and turn handle until onion is roughly chopped. Peel and smash two garlic cloves and add to Quick Chef. Add remaining ingredients; cover and turn handle until desired consistency. Remove blade and place salsa in snack cups or a bowl for serving. Serve with chips or as a topping for tacos.

Last weekend we had some friends over and on a whim I decided to experiment on everybody and make the Party Arti Dip which is in the Summer 2008 Tupperware catalog. This was soooo good! The four of us probably should not have polished off the whole thing in one sitting, but we did. It was worth it. I want to make more already.
Party Arti Dip
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2-3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Combine ingredients in Quick Chef; turn handle until chopped. Place into 3-1/2 cup Rock ‘N Serve Round container and sprinkle top with a tablespoon of cheese. Microwave on medium high power for 3-4 minutes until hot. Serve with tortilla chips, pita, or bread.

I gave this recipe a try the other night. It’s very good, but not what I would call ice cream. It’s more like strawberry whipped cream. In any case, YUM!!!!!
Quick Strawberry Ice Cream
Makes 2 cups
I cup heavy cream
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp powdered sugar
Place all ingredients into the Quick Chef with blade attachment. Cover and turn handle until strawberries (or other fresh or frozen fruits) and cream are blended and the mixture is the consistency of soft ice cream. Place into bowls and serve immediately.
For best results, do not refreeze after preparing.
This would also be fabulous as a topping for angel food cake or pound cake.
